“Wreck It Ralph” heading to Zavvi exclusive Steelbook in December

wreck_it_1While it didn’t come from the acclaimed Pixar subsidiary, Wreck It Ralph is one of the best Disney animations of recent years, and it’s getting a great looking Steelbook release from Zavvi in December.

Pre-order: Zavvi

Maybe nice artwork but disney let the uk market short changed with just releasing a 5.1 DTSHD Track on the uk release, whilst everyone else got the 7.1 DTSHD track.
I know some may argue here that is fine, but people who have 7.1 want to put it to proper use. Excuse I heard was because nick grimshaw voiced one of he characters. Who gives a monkeys arse if he has.
Disappointed with Disney for doing this.
Just like they released the editied version of Marvel Avengers for the uk on home media.

I think the Avengers thing was a genuine error, but yes a good point re 5.1 on Wreck It Ralph, or other releases in general.

That said, the German and Australian were also only 5.1, so not just UK thing unfortunately…
