Studio Canal are re-releasing their awesome John Carpenter 4K Steelbook collection in September
Talk about this release on Slack
On September 28th, Studio Canal are re-releasing their John Carpenter 4K steelbooks, complete with incredible Matt Ferguson artwork.
As before, Escape From New York, The Fog, Prince of Darkness, and They Live will include each movie on 4K and Blu-ray disc, as well as a Blu-ray bonus disc.
Currently out of print, these are going for silly money on eBay, so if you missed out first time round, now’s your chance to grab one at a reasonable price. These aren’t exclusives, so we’ll add more links as we get them.

Preordered escape from
New York but have skipped on the rest
I already have the Scream Factory EFNY steelbook and the Fox-distributed Blu-ray that was licensed from Studio Canal.I wonder if these were all from the same 4K transfer.
Jeffrey Mao possibly, but this one is actually 4K
Rather wait for the The Thing, though I think it was already released in 4K somewhere internationally.
Already sold out!?
they will be on Amazon UK as well. I’m adding links as they go live.
