Long-awaited sequel “T2 Trainspotting” is getting a UK Steelbook release
The original Trainspotting quickly earned its place as an undisputed classic of British cinema, and now, after more than 20 years, the sequel is finally with us, and thankfully the reviews have been mostly very positive.
A UK Steelbook release will be with us later this year, and pre-orders are live right now. This one isn’t an exclusive, so we’ll add more links as we get them.

First there was an opportunity……then there was a betrayal.
Twenty years have gone by. Much has changed but just as much remains the same. Mark Renton (Ewan McGregor) returns to the only place he can ever call home. They are waiting for him: Spud (Ewen Bremner), Sick Boy (Jonny Lee Miller), and Begbie (Robert Carlyle). Other old friends are waiting too: sorrow, loss, joy, vengeance, hatred, friendship, love, longing, fear, regret, diamorphine, self-destruction and mortal danger, they are all lined up to welcome him, ready to join the dance.

It would be cool if they did the first movie in a similar veim but with that limited green artwork as they did on the vhs limited edition releases that came out c.1997/8.
