The Fast & Furious franchise shows no sign of slowing down, and, while we wait for part 9 of the main series, the eagerly-awaited first spin-off, Hobbs & Shaw, is with us.

Early reviews point to this being a huge load of ridiculous fun, and with the Dwayne Johnson and Jason Statham sharing top billing, that sounds about right.

Pre-orders for the UK steelbook, which will include the movie on 4K and Blu-ray discs, will be live on Thursday August 1st.

This is a trade wide release, and we’re expecting the price to be £29.99 across the board.

Artwork is still TBC, and we’ll add more links as we get them! At the time of writing, pre-orders are already live at Zoom, with Zavvi due to go live at 9am (so ignore their ‘sold out’ notice until then).

Pre-order: Zoom | Zavvi

Ever since hulking lawman Hobbs (Dwayne Johnson), a loyal agent of America’s Diplomatic Security Service, and lawless outcast Shaw (Jason Statham), a former British military elite operative, first faced off in 2015’s Furious 7, the duo have swapped smack talk and body blows as they’ve tried to take each other down.

But when cyber-genetically enhanced anarchist Brixton (Idris Elba) gains control of an insidious bio-threat that could alter humanity forever — and bests a brilliant and fearless rogue MI6 agent (The Crown’s Vanessa Kirby), who just happens to be Shaw’s sister — these two sworn enemies will have to partner up to bring down the only guy who might be badder than themselves.

Stuart Robinson I think that’s more to do with print runs. Remember when Iron Man was limited to 4000 units (4000 being the minimum Scanavo would make)? No more. Now just limited. Could be 10,000 or more.

Though I get your comment on price.
