Kingdom of Heaven is one of the best examples of the power of the Director’s Cut. The original theatrical version deservedly had very mixed reviews, but Scott’s restored version, running about 45 mins longer, really is a revelation, and it’s finally coming to 4K Steelbook with a UK release coming on June 9th.
